Refund and Cancellation Policy

At All Friends Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request a refund or cancel services provided by All Friends Studio, including affiliated entities such as onWork.ai and Goo Goo Games.
1. General Policy
All Friends Studio operates on a post-pay and/or milestone-based billing model. This means clients are invoiced after service delivery or at predefined project stages. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided for services that have already been delivered unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2. Exceptions & Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
A written agreement exists specifying refund eligibility.
The service was not delivered or deviated substantially from the agreed scope, as validated by both parties.
Technical issues solely attributable to All Friends Studio result in a deliverable being unusable or non-functional.
Refund Request Guidelines:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 7 calendar days of service delivery or invoice generation.
Refund processing may take up to 180 days, depending on the nature of the issue and payment method used.
Refunds will be made only to the original payment source and may exclude service charges or payment gateway fees.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Custom software development already initiated or completed
Digital marketing campaigns once launched
Paid third-party tools, plugins, or licenses
Consultation sessions or hourly-based services already provided
Hosting, domain registration, or SSL services purchased on behalf of the client
Graphic design or UI/UX drafts delivered
Retainer-based work for which the time slot was allocated
4. Cancellation Policy
One-Time Projects:
Clients may request project cancellations before substantial work has begun. In such cases, partial deductions may apply for time already spent in planning, consultation, or setup.
Retainer & Subscription Services:
Monthly services (such as SEO, maintenance, or ads management) require a 7-day written notice before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Mid-cycle cancellations will not be refunded but services may continue till the end of the billing period.
Agency-Initiated Cancellations:
All Friends Studio reserves the right to cancel or pause services under the following conditions:
Non-payment or repeated delay in clearing invoices
Breach of Terms of Service
Requests that involve unethical, fraudulent, or illegal activities
5. Dispute Resolution
We value open communication and will always strive to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Clients are encouraged to reach out to us first for resolution.
If a matter remains unresolved, it will be governed by our Terms of Service and subject to the laws of Haryana, India.
