Welcome to All Friends Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and affiliated platforms. By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Introduction

All Friends Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a range of digital solutions including but not limited to website design, development, branding, marketing, and custom software services. These Terms apply to all users of our services, whether accessed through our website or any affiliated brand, such as Goo Goo Games or onWork.ai.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services under All Friends Studio and our associated brands:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Graphic Design & Branding

  • Application Development

  • Digital Marketing & SEO

  • UI/UX Consulting

  • Game Development (via Goo Goo Games)

Custom services may be discussed and agreed upon in specific project proposals or contracts.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made via secure, authorized payment gateways.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing details.

  • Payments may be structured as one-time, milestone-based, or recurring (e.g., retainers or subscriptions).

  • All charges are billed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes.

  • Any bank transfer, international processing, or conversion fees are to be borne by the client.

  • Invoices must be settled within the timeframe specified in the contract, usually within 7 days.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in service delays, suspension, or termination.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered or delivered.

  • Refunds, if agreed upon under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 180 days from the date of written approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may exclude non-refundable elements such as consultation hours, initial drafts, or strategy documents.

  • All digital deliverables are non-returnable and non-refundable once sent.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Project cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Clients may cancel projects prior to the start of execution with partial deductions for time spent in consultations or early planning.

  • Ongoing subscriptions (e.g., monthly marketing, hosting, or maintenance services) require a 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any user found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Friends Studio retains full ownership of any original materials, designs, code, or assets created unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Clients retain ownership of any pre-existing content, trademarks, or media provided by them.

  • Upon full payment and completion, project-specific licenses may be granted for commercial use, as outlined in individual contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, All Friends Studio will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill

  • Technical failures arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, plugin failures, API outages)

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may rely on third-party tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, payment processors, or hosting services). We are not liable for issues, downtime, or data use arising from these external services. Clients are advised to review the individual terms and privacy policies of any such third-party tools used in their projects.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate services if:

  • The client breaches these Terms

  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or misuse

  • Continued service poses operational, security, or legal risks

Clients will be notified of any such actions along with the reasoning where feasible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Haryana. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved under applicable Indian laws.
